Rostelecom-Data Centre invests RUB 38 bln in 5 years

Russian data centre services provider Rostelecom-Data Centre said that it has invested RUB 38 billion in expansion and development of its operations in the past five years. The number of racks doubled to 27,637 during this period. In 2025, the company invested RUB 3.6 billion in the launch of a new data centre in Nizhny-Novgorod and the expansion of its data centre in Udomlya. Around 1,400 racks were launched in 2025.

Orange Money customers in France can now make cash deposits at nearly 9,500 retail points within the FDJ footprint authorised for Nirio‑enabled transactions. DE-CIX has completed a network upgrade of its New York metro platform. The IX has been upgraded to a quad-node network architecture - with two core nodes in New York and two in New Jersey. Video technology services provider AgileTV (the commercial brand of Agile Content) reported revenues of EUR 103.1 million in 2025 as a whole, up EUR 1.4 million year on year. AtlasEdge Data Centre has completed the sale of nine European sites to Templus as it looks to focus on larger sites with potential for long-term growth. The offloaded sites are located in Barcelona, Madrid, Zurich, Milan, Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, London and Leeds. The 'Conecta Angola Comercial' project, leveraging the Angosat-2 satellite, is extending internet services to remote border regions of Angola, reported Jornal de Angola.
